Job Description:

• Assistant to the sales manager
• Answer to inbound sales calls.
• Process customer quotations.
• Manage new and existing customers, conduct follow-ups, and contact customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
• This position reports to the Sales manager and is responsible for helping this business unit meet its objectives. Industry experience preferred.

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Business, Management or Aerospace.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in distributor sales.
• Highly motivated, organized, and passionate about sales and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize and to function comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to gather information and present it accurately to the customer.
• Ability to work in a team environment to meet objectives.
• Excellent phone skills.

Additional Information:

• Fluency in English a must.
• Fluency in French a plus.
• Experience with Quantum Component Control software a plus.
